AD Mom- getting divorced...custody question

Once my DD is born, my husband and I are getting a divorce. We are trying to settle it out of court and we've settled everything except custody and child support. I have a feeling that I'm not going to get much CS out of him since he doesn't have a job and is in school full time. As far as custody, I will be in Germany until 2013 and he is in MN...does anyone have any suggestions for a custody agreement until DD is older and I am back in the states?

    Oh man that is a tough one... When are you due???  I would do joint custody with you have phyiscal custody so you would make overall decision for the child.
