Today has been such a horrible day, I volunteer at an after school program so this morning I had to get up at 6 to bring my hubby to work. I couldn't find if school was closed or not at that point it had just started snowing. So DD and I brought H to work, on the ride back the car spun almost the whole way home (and we have 4 wheel drive) it was terrible and really scary.
We are moving in two weeks so I was doing some packing in DD's room, bad idea since I have had a terrible cold and also have extremely bad asthma. My asthma flared so bad that I thought I was going to have to go to the er. I was finally calmed down and at that point it was time to go pick up H. Turns out the plow for our complex completely plowed in our car. ( I didn't get a call or anything to move it grrr) I get DD in the car (she of course is freaking out because that?s just what two year olds do...) and have to shovel it out. ( I am having some major back and hip issues right now.) My asthma then returns, I try to back out of my step. No luck car wont even budge. I start crying and freaking out. After 3 times of shoveling I finally can back out, drive to H's work (and of course nothing was plowed) I just sat and cried the whole time.
It was just so terrible to feel helpless. Not being able to breath is really the worst thing, you'd think I would be use to it at this point since I have had it my whole life.
H bought be dinner, and a ginger ale. That made things a little better, now I am just relaxing and doing nothing else! (oh and of course I am watching say yes to the dress tonight:)

Re: Bad day vent.
Sorry you had a bad day. I feel your pain. Today was not good for me either. I am also finally relaxing and watching "say yes to the dress."
Hope your weekend makes today's stress disappear. GL
