Can someone help me pick a beach towel for DD? Clicky!

Re: Can someone help me pick a beach towel for DD? Clicky!

  • I would not pay 20 dollars for a towel for a baby but if I had to choose I like the flower dot.  They are both very pretty.  But those companies prey on people who fall for a brand name.  Even though a 7 year old Taiwanese probably sewed it. Anywho, I voted for flower dot

Same here. I would not even pay that much for a beach towel for me! lol But I'm crazy-frugal.

I was gonna comment that I hope you, OP, live reallllly close to the beach and go daily to get enough use out of a baby beach towel that costs so much money.  But I voted for the flower dot, it is cute.  I'm too frugal for such expensive things :)

oh, that's so funny you said this.  That's the first thing that came to my mind.  $20 for a beach towel??  That's nuts.  You can find cuter ones at Target for a lot less.

No beach, no my in laws have a pool so it will definitely get use!  I have a PB towel I've had since high school (so over a decade) that I still use although in the past 1-2 years it's started to fade.

I got a sales bonus at work and this is my little splurge.  :)

I'm sorry, I know money is relative on this thing, but it's $20, people.  It's cute and I asked for the same one for my LO birthday.  It's personalized too.  Target towels are what, $10? I just can't get over 3 comments on how expensive it is, when she just asked which pattern was cute.

No worries Rox!  Btw, did you have a siggy on the tri boards with a pic of you (and I think your DH) wearing a hot pink shirt?  I think it might have been a tuxedo shirt?  I'm trying to figure out if I remember you from before.  :)

I may be a bit cranky, but Knickknack ruffled my feathers with her first and subsequent posts alluding to the fact that those that shop at PBK are "prey" and support sweatshops.  Whatever, i'm over it.  I like Hibiscous!

It wasn't me :)  Siggy on tri boards had a pic of my two dogs (a beagle and a westie mix) for most of it, and obviously my pregnancy ticker.  I remember you from tri-days cause "annabanana" is catchy :)
