I mean, really. What excuse does she have about this one? It's not a batik, so she can't claim it was special fabric. There wasn't all that much chatter about it on the FB page prior to stalking.
Although, it sold out in a blink. Do you think that people just didn't realize it was $55?

I would be sooo upset if I found out after I bought something that it was $55. DH was annoyed enough about a $30 dipe I bought (until he found out I paid through my allowance). I'd be even more annoyed because I'd feel like it was my own dang fault for not double checking.
But still - $55 for elephants?

I was NOT expecting $55 at all, totally surprised me. I thought $39, $45 maybe but no more than that considering it is a woven.
there was chatter about it when she previewed it, and I posted something like "yay for a gender neutral print!" and Suze herself "liked" my comment, lol.
so I blame myself for driving up the price, lol.
but I would have paid for it in a heartbeat if my lovely stalker (Jenny) had already paid for it. Even for a pricey diaper I would not leave someone hanging. I think someone else bought it off of her instead.

Ugh.. I wish it would have just sat there so she would see that it's a little ridiculous. But as long as people keep buying, she'll keep upping the prices I think.

I guess I say good for the GoodMama. If people are going to buy from her and jack up the prices in resale, I would price higher too. Really she is an economic genius, supply and demand well mastered.

Me too. I actually wanted it and am glad it was 55. I passed. Not that I would have gotten it anyway since it sold out so fast.
The same thread people started posting fabric links and I didnt like that the elephants were smiling. I thought they were more silhouettes.

Is that the chick from Iceland? She is who I sold my Jolly Waffler to. I sold it to her for $8 + shipping. She told me shipping was $4 and paid me $12. Shipping was $7. So basically I got conned into selling her a VGUC (except admittedly some staining) for $5.
