To go or not to go...

So...a good friend of mine is having her baby shower tomorrow and I planned on taking DS. Well, yesterday she was diagnosed with the flu and has been on meds - she said she's feeling a lot better today. What would you all do? By tomorrow it will have been 48+ hours since diagnosed...do I go and keep my distance or don't go? I'm kind of back and forth...

Go and keep your distance. There aren't any meds that can keep the flu from being contagious as its a virus. Just make sure you wash your hands if you touch anything too.
