  I rented a Scootababy from them. The service was excellent and Jillian was very helpful.

  My only word of caution is that you should calculate the cost of overnight shipping with the rental in your budget, in case you choose not to keep the carrier. I think I rented the Scootababy for $9, but if I remember correctly, it cost me about $15-$20 to ship it back to them, per their requirements (with tracking, delivery confirmation, insurance, etc.). So when all was said and done, I spent more than I had originally thought I would.

  I have purchased there - it was okay.  I was sent the wrong wrap, and had to call multiple times to get it figured out - she had sold out of the right size and I had to wait for it to ship from Europe (about 3 weeks) before she could get me what I ordered (that was marked 'in stock' at the time of ordering).  And, while not a big deal, we were promised something to 'make up for it' and got nada.
