List all the little things that you do to try and up your chances.
I take Omega 3's, The B vitamins, Magnesuim, and Beta Carotene every day. The first three are supposed to keep inflammation to a minimum. Beta Carotene to prevent Cysts.
I do the Castor Oil packs a few times a week, with a massage around my lower abdomen.
I have cut down on eating Dairy (causes inflammation and mucous buildup), and red meat.
I try to work out ever single day to get more blood flowing.
I have lost 10 pounds.
I have cut out anything with soy in it (even hair care products), and anything that is linked to estrogen production.
Last month I went tampon free for the first time in 15 years...
It has been a 35 days of all these changes, and I think I may have ovulated way earlier this months than I usually do. Will see what happens...

Nothing yet
In previous cycles I drank green tea and took Mucinex (originally for a chest congestion, but I had so much EWCM that I might do this again). I also tried out EPO, but didn't really like it much.
Right now I am on Prometrium starting at 3 DPO and that's it.
We've always had a lot of sex, so nothing changed there
It varies, but generally:
I eat mostly organic foods and am trying to eat more fresh foods, fruits and veggies. I never really ate poorly, but I have just been more aware.
Drinking more water.
Trying to eat an extra 250-300 calories a day. I have always been underweight, and it is very hard for me to gain weight.
Started using Pre-seed.
Multi vitamin, Maca & extra zinc for my DH, no hot tubs or tight clothing.
For me:, No sugar, no sugar substitutes, no alcohol, no caffiene, no soy, low carbs, Royal Jelly, off and on DHEA (have to be careful with it), CoQ10, regular exercise, (dropped 25 lbs since September and my BMI is in the middle of "normal"), Red Raspberry leaf supplements, eat "clean" as much as possible with only organic fruits and veggies. When I eat animal protien it is local and organic with no hormones.
hi i am new here i was reading your form and i had a few questions i was hoping you could help me with.
a few of you said you gave up caffine does that really help?
Beta Carotene where do you get this?
thanks for your help baby dust all around
I find Beta Carotene with all the other vitamins. I am not sure if they sell it in America, I am sure they do though.
Oh I love this post!
Take: PNV, Vitamin B Complex, Zinc. POM juice and bromelain (I just eat the core) Green Tea.
Avoid: Iodized salt, dairy, carbs (except whole grain spelt), sugar and sugar substitutes, soy, anything cold, anything processed
Cut down: coffee (only 1 cup a day!!!)
Workout every day to keep blood flow in lower extremities.
I "waggle" my thyroid gland (you'll have to ask my natropath about that one) and do home-based moxibustion on key points a few times a week.
I was so positive about all these things when I started, and while some things have made me feel great, I just want to say f-it all and stick my face in a heaping bowl of chocolate ice cream.
