  I found some at TJ MAXX...in the clearance section!  Got DD an Elmo sweatshirt for $5 which she loves!!  Also, Target had a few long sleeves t-shirts with Elmo.

  I've seen Elmo shirts at Old Navy, although amazingly I haven't really been in since around Christmas time.  Target also usually has Elmo gear.
