Neither are my style, but if I had to choose I guess I would choose Faith. I honestly can't imagine a grown woman named Belle, unless she works for Disney.

I love both, but if I had to choose for myself, I would go with Faith- it's beautiful and known but still different, whereas Belle is probably going to be a lot more common with all the Isabelles, Annabelles, etc that have popped up in the last few years. If popularity doesn't bother you, I don't think you can go wrong with either name
They're both nice. Do you have a longer name you'd like to use for Belle? I think Maribel or Mirabel would sound really great with Xavier (because with your last name, I would pronounce it /ha-vee-AIR/ if I saw it on paper).
Either way, I vote Belle because names to live up to aren't really my style. Does that make sense? Like, I would find it odd if down the road Faith wanted a secular wedding, or converted to a different faith.
I really like Mirabelle. Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah, I was going back and forth trying to decide if Belle could stand alone. And I didn't care for Isabelle or Anabelle. I agree with you on the "Faith" thing too. Even though we are Christians, I wasn't completely sold on using a "moral" name, if that makes sense. Thanks!

Did you find out you are having a girl?! Congrats!
I like both but I think Belle Victoria sounds better
Hahah, No- not yet. Just planning ahead! We find out next week! We already have our boy name picked out but for some reason we always struggle with the girl name. We'll see!
I'd go with Faith, because I have a 3 year old DD and hear about Belle all the time (Beauty and the Beast). I love the name Victoria, but we have friend's with a DD that name. We've known them about 10 years so I feel like the "friend's kids names shouldn't matter" comment/rule I see on here doesn't totally apply.
I adore this name, and would use it if our LN wasn't only one syllable.
I also think Faith has a slightly dated vibe. Also, I would consider it very carefully if you're not Catholic. Since your son's name is Xavier, a younger sister named Faith sounds very religious. If you're devout Catholic, I think that's cool. But if you're not, it's a little much.
Re: Going back and forth between these two girl names
