Another bedshare event...

I have been co sleeping with LO since he was born.  Most mornings, he wakes up around 4:00 and will bed share with me.  Well, he woke me up and I think I had my arm over him.  I'm not sure but I think I did.  This has scared the daylights out of me and now I'm afraid to bed share.  But I love it.  Guess I'll just have to stick with co sleeping.

    When I bedshare with DS I lay with my arm around him (behind) to avoid rolling over on him. Maybe you could try that so you can continue to bedshare?

    Thats what I usually do - so I'm not sure what happened.  I love sleeping with him but don't want anything to happen to him.

    When she was smaller I would put her all the way up by my head.  I also always face her and put my lower arm under my head and upper arm across my chest and lean on it.  Does that make sense?  Either that or I lay on my back.

    now it's totally second nature.
