Follow up on Cooper's rash

It's pretty much gone except his butt. There are a couple of remnants on his elbow. Almost like popped pimples or little red scabs? But the rest of the spots all just disappeared. Who knows. His bottom is a lot better and his poops are super stinky but seeming more normal. I'm thinking maybe this is all just part of a tummy virus. Thanks for your help last night!
