Old navy baby clothes?

Does anyone know how old navy baby clothes run? big/small? I'm trying to buy some warm weather clothes for DD but idk what size to get.

She's a petite little thing (only about 10lb and shes just over 3 months). Right now shes in 0-3, but some of her 0-3 things (especially stuff from kohl's and some things from walmart/kmart) are still SUPER big on her. Where as some of her 0-3 (like gerber onesies) are actually getting kind of small. Carter size 3 seems to be a good fit right now.

I'm thinking of getting her some 3-6 things and some 6-12. I think she's going to split the summer in sizes. I think she'll be one size in like may-june and the next size in july-august, so I'm probably safe getting either size. But if I knew how they ran I'd be able to make a better guess.

Have you started buying things for the next season yet? I'm in PA, so its still cold here... but I can't resist buying some cute summer outfits, even though everyone tells me I should wait to see how she grows, lol.

I'd say they run somewhere between gerber and carter's, but leaning towards carters, know what I mean? I have a couple pair of jammies for DS from there.

I have two outfits from Old Navy - but LO has only worn one so far. Based on this one outfit, I would say it is true to size. My LO is 8lbs, and the 0-3 is a little big on her. She has grown out of most of her NB clothes from other stores - so this seems about right.
