PT? My first post...

So I think my son is ready to start potty training.  I'm sure there have been a million posts on here about the topic, but I'm just wondering where to start!?  We've been putting him on the training potty on and off, but nothing consistent.  Have you had success with the "3 day bootcamp?" or tried just putting them on the potty every hour 'til they get the hang of it?  I don't know where to start...

I think he has been ready, it's just been me dragging my feet!  He indicates "I'm pooping mom" and then "change my diaper mom" so I know he's aware of what's going on.  I haven't been able to catch him before he goes, but he has gone pee a couple times when we've taken him in.

Any first time guidance is appreciated!

    When we were getting signals Ethan was ready, we did naked time at home and kept a kids potty in the room wherever we were.  It worked well for us.
