so i'm relaly just looking for support...
i've been working at about 5 days a week all the way up until this week. i'm 37 weeks now. this week i've been feeling super under the weather and yesterday it broke into a chest cold that has me wheezing and in pain when i cough. i have no fever though. i haven't been working out hard, just moderately to stay in shape and keep a much muscle tone as possible while i prepare for LO. on top of all of this i learned yesterday that we're having a scheduled c/s due to our little girl being breech. with everyhitng going on, feeling overwhelmed, sick, and tired, i haven't had a work out since monday. i feel really guilty and bad about myself right now. can someone give me a bit of a pass? thanks

Chill out and take care of yourself. It's not in your best interest to work out while sick and hugely pregnant. Take a bath. Try to sleep. You'll get back into shape super quickly later on because of all the work you put in up to this point.

Yea - OMG. I think you get a pass. You've done great thus far. If you feel you NEED to do something, go for a walk. You do not need to be doing more than that at this stage. Rest up and pamper yourself. You are going to be wishing you had in a few weeks.
