No Symptoms anymore - Should I be worried??

I'm 6 weeks pregnant now and for the last week I haven't been having any symptoms really. I'm a little tired and more hungry than usual but thats it. The first few weeks I was extremely hungry, very tired, and nauseated all day. Now - nothing really. I had my first OB appointment and had blood work. I didn't get a call that anything was wrong. Am I concerned for nothing??

  • I wouldn't worry at all :) I'm 8w pregnant and I have no symptoms either. My breasts are tender and I have cramps that is about it....sending prayers your way :)

  • My symptoms are all over the place - cramps, constipation, hunger, I've had them all and had them all go away.  New symptoms usually sneak in and replace them though.
  • I'm bored and lurking but I wanted to tell you with both my pregnancies week by week the degree of symptoms changed. Some weeks I felt like I couldn't do anything but lay in bed with a trash can beside it and then some weeks I felt totally normal. So just take a deep breath and just relax you've got a long way to go. :)

  • lurking also -- I had no idea I was even pregnant until 11 weeks along (always had abnormal period). So I would not be worried and consider yourself one of the lucky ones who are not suffering. Like the PP said, you have a long ways to go before things start to become regular with pregnancy.

  • I'm sure you're fine. My main symptoms have been sore breasts and being tired. However, they went away for a few days and freaked me out. Now they're back along with mild bouts of nausea and unexplained feelings of wanting to cry. Oh! And pregnancy brain...BIG TIME.

  • As the rest of the ladies said, you have nothing to worry about! In fact, be happy that so far you are having a smooth pregnancy! I had barely any symptoms with my first, and only a few little ones with this one at 7 weeks along.
