Okay, I'm trying to jump on the fitteds & wool bandwagon and have a couple questions.
Is a wool soaker a sufficient cover for a fitted overnight? I am thinking of putting on a fitted, a wool soaker then his regular pj's - would that work?
Also, since DS is 15 months now I am thinking of getting a sized fitted in the hopes that that would reduce bulkiness (maybe???). Any opinions on this theory? Any suggestions on a good sized fitted (or trim fitted) that would work overnight for a toddler?

That is also the combo we use.
I have heard that Sbish, MSXL, and PP Toddler are some of the larger fitteds that would probably work. The new TT t&t are also pretty large. I would think that at 15 months a true OS fitted would be the most trim, but may be too small. I don't see my GMs lasting through PT. The XL/toddler size would be more absorbent for overnight, though.
