Since we didn't do a breakfast or lunch post, let's do a recap...

  • Today has been one of those "ohh that looks good.... nah, I don't wanna it" type of days.

    B - 2 slices of honey wheat toast with PB & Nutella (AH-mazing), 1/2 banana, 1/2 carnation instant breakfast & diluted apple juice.

    S1 - wheat thins & a piece of cheese

    L - 1/2 greek salad, 1/8 pita with 1 tsp of hummus - tapioca pudding 

    S2 - I am about to go grab some carrots and ranch and hope I can eat more than 2 since I *feel* hungry.

    For dinner, I've got chicken & dumplings (with more carrots) going at home.

  • I have been terrible today. My power was out this morning. Still residual from the ice storm. I think they were fixing people around us, luckily it was only out half the day.

    As a result, I had a banana for breakfast as I ran out the door with my laptop to go work at Panera so I could have internet. I had a cookie and a latte there. Then I met my DH for lunch and I had a cheeseburger and fries. I think I need to be a little healthier with my dinner.

  • Took my thyroid meds this morning. Thew those up.

    Breakfast: Whole Grain toast with peanut butter.

    Lunch: Qdoba chicken tacos. Threw those up.

    Snack: Going to eat a bowl of oatmeal here soon...maybe it will stay down Sad

  • Breakfast- 4 egg whites, half a slice of cheddar, and Oatmeal (1/2c dry) with honey

    Snack- Low carb bagel with strawberry FF cream cheese

    Lunch- slice of cheese pizza, big salad with 1tbsp ranch, 1 krispie treat

    afternoon snack will be another bagel (loading up on fiber)

    Dinner- cheesy taco pasta leftovers, if I can stomach them. Otherwise another omelet and a banana.  

    ETA: i had a hard workout this morning and I have been hungry all day

  • Cupcake. Lo mein, beef w/broccoli, general tso chicken and two cheese puffs for lunch. Cupcake.

    I wish I'd had something more substantial than the two cupcakes because I was starving all morning and now I'm so hungry again just a few hours after lunch. But they were worth it.

    lunch: yogurt, grilled cheese, ceasar salad

  • My diet has been so awful lately! I'm definitely on a carb kick...ugh.

    b- oatmeal squares cereal with milk.

    s- half a pb&j sandwich on wheat bread

    s- nutri-grain bar

    l- chicken & cheese quesadilla (it was SO good!)

     

    Dinner is italian chicken breast in the crockpot, a veggie, and brown rice.

    I really need to eat more veggies!

  • My eating has been so-so today. Not bad, but I know that I should be geting more veggies...

    B- 2 slices high fiber wheat bread with PB and a little honey, a tall glass of milk, and a V8 on the way into work.

    S1- Wasn't hungry for a snack (shocking). I had a granola bar and an apple on reserve, but haven't eaten it yet.

    L- Left overs from last nights dinner: baked chicken breast covered w/ pharm breadcrumbs, mashed potatoes, and corn, and a chocolate pudding snack.

    S2- 2 small clemintines, and possibly the apple or granola bar from earlier.

    I'm not sure what I am doing for dinner since it's a school night, probably something fast. I might pick up subway, so I can at least get some more veggies in.

  • Breakfast: bfast sandwich croissant (sausage, egg, cheese and croissant) and a glass of oj

    Snack: Banana and bottle of water

    Lunch: another breakfast favorite: Breakfast burrito and bowl of fresh fruit (grapes, watermelon, strawberries, melons)

    Snack: its Easter candy time but these are my favorite: the chocolate Easter eggs that are small in size, solid chocolate, yum w/ more water of course

    Dinner: I put a pot roast in the crock pot while home for lunch w/ potatoes and will also make some sweet corn(frozen from last summer) so excited about this meal!! oh and for desert some peach cobbler!

    handful kashi TLC crackers

    half an avocado on toast & roasted beet salad

    LOTS of water :)

    I had a granny smith apple

    FF cherry yogurt

    a sub from Firehouse & half the bag of bbq chips

    sonnys for dinner. prob some pulled pork and salad bar. maybe a baked potato

  • I am impressed with all you proactive mamas using your crockpots for dinner. I alway mean to use my crockpot more, but I never do it.

    My poor crockpots only get used for parties.

  • Breakfast: Two pieces of Toast

    Lunch: Asiago Bagel Dog from Einsteins with Potatoe Salad and Mudslide Cookie

    snack - some cheddar cheese and a pickle

    dinner - porkchops, corn and rice (I'm sooo looking forward to that!!!)

  • today has been carb-o-rific!  as are most days for me...it's the only thing i feel like i can stomach (and greasy-as-all-get-out fast food!).

    mcdonald's sausage mcmuffin w/egg, hash browns, 1/2 small coke

    english muffin

    breadsticks with tomato sauce

    2 clementines

    potato pierogis w/browned butter

    tons of water! 

    probably having left-over chili for dinner....

  • I'm surprised at how many of you can eat so little and still function. I am not a nice person when I'm hungry..

  • I think overall I have been pretty good today.

     

    Breakfast- 2 eggo waffles with syrup with a glass of skim milk

    Snack- snack bag of cool ranch doritos (not great, I know)

    Lunch- homemade pasta salad with broccoli, cheese, onions, turkey pepperoni and italian dressing. apple and a small gatorade

    Snack- granola bar

    I had 3 sports bottles of water today at work, too.

     

    Getting ready for dinner now- french onion soup and a turkey sandwich on wheat bread

  • I love the food posts!

    Breakfast: Whole milk Greek yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, flaxseed and granola.

    Snack: Almonds

    Lunch: Two poached eggs on toast, steamed spinach, leftover green beans and a kiwi.

    I'm so excited I can eat cooked vegetables again!! They were my biggest aversion during the 1st tri...

    Breakfast: honey nut cheerios w/milk
    AM snack: pop-tart
    Lunch: chicken noodle soup w/half a PB sandwich
    PM snack: more honey nut cheerios

    We're having tacos for dinner.  At least I'll get some veggies and protein in.

  • Pineapple Chunks for breakfast, Chick-fila chicken nuggets & fries for lunch,cheesecake for dessert, potato chips for snack...

     Sounds really bad...Sad

     

    Anyone else finding it hard to eat healthy "fast" food??

  • Breakfast- Nada, my grandma called me early this morning because she thought her cat was dying...false alarm!  She's just having a hard time since my grandpa passed away a week ago today. 

    Lunch- pb&j and a blue raspberry airhead as I headed out to the barn for my horse to get a red light therapy session.

    Dinner- going to my grandma's house to hang out and she's making a chicken pot pie

    Not a stellar day, oh well!

  • Well I haven't eaten much today! No appetite for some reason!

    B-peaches and cream oatmeal

    S1- no snack

    L- went to a chinese buffet with some coworkers, had 1 plate is all, it didn't taste good

    S2- grapes

    D- no clue! Nothing sounds good!

  • breakfast: a buttered crossaint from Starbucks, and I tried yogurt, but threw it away

    lunch: a lean pocket - pep pizza, some sunflower seeds, and a lemonade

    snack: two bites of an awful banana, a pack of cheese crackers with peanut butter, a handful of popcorn, and three pringles (all at various times since i left work)

    Now that I think about it I feel like I ate nothing of substance!

  • I have been eating terrible through this pregnancy so I am trying to be much better this week.

     

    B- Multigrain Cheerios/Rice Chex with 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

    S1- small bag of sour cream and onion chips (so I cheated a little don't judge me)

    L- Grilled Chicken over Greek Salad with water

    D- American Chop Suey and Italian Bread with a little butter a big glass of simply smart FF milk.

     Still trying to get all my water in today!

  • i had an apple for breakfast

    italian grinder from which wich? for lunch including a small soda and a cookie

    1 strawberry (random, i know)

    3 peanut butter cookies

     

    this is awful! for dinner i am eating carb-free and i am doing e-mealz again and sgned up for low carb only meals.

  • B-Half a Bagel with Cream Cheese and Chamomile Tea

    Snack-Pretzel Sticks dipped in PB, then a rice krispie treat about an hour later

    Lunch-Starbucks Turkey and Swiss Sandwich and Passion Tea Lemonade

    Dinner-Ordering some pizza

    Snack Later-Probably some natural applesauce before bed

    I think other people's meals look alot healthier!  Smile

  • Breakfast: Strawberry & banana oatmeal.

    Strawberry muffin

    Lunch: Mac-n-cheese (again).

     

    Haven't eaten dinner yet, but I'm starving. Unfortunately the grocery situation doesn't look good.

    I wish I could say I've had some fresh fruit & veggies but since I don't grocery shop.. I have none to eat :(

  • My appetite is finally coming back!! I've had: CocoaPuffs with milk, cheesy rice with broccoli, salad with tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and ranch dressing, yogurt with raspberries, cantelope, a couple pieces of cheese bread, some V8, Hershey kisses, and lots of water. ETA: forgot a piece of bread with Nutella.

  • Breakfast- A 1/2 green apple and a small slice of cream cheese danish. Yum!

    Lunch- Chipotle Veggie Bowl. Double yum!

    Dinner- Pinto beans, chicken, broccoli/cauliflower, and fruit cocktail.

  • My diet nowadays is not that great, I just try to eat anything that will go down and somewhat sounds good.

    B - breakfast bar

    S - half banana

    L - half a oven roasted chicken 6'sub from subway

    D - went to Benihana for my Aunts bday - got their version of grilled chicken, I maybe ate half of dinner

    S- small strawberry danish at work

    L- 1/2 chicken salad sandwich and fruit

    S-chips.. And they were good! Long day at work!

    Dinner--- I'm waiting for H to get home.. but I keep thinking about Mexican food!
