Need car seat rec

Anyone own a Mustang (MH just bought a '98) and find an infant seat that fit well (or fit at all)? I would appreciate any help. We have an evenflo embrace and it does not fit, it also cannot be installed without the base.

    The Combi Coccoro is supposed to be great for small cars (I have a minivan so I don't have personal experience).  There is a woman on the 12-24 board who is a car seat expert and I've seen her recommend this seat.  It's a convertible seat, so there is no base, but if you don't mind a seat that is installed all the time it might work for you.  GL!

    Did you check carseatdata.org - I think that is the site that gives information about which seats fit in which cars...

    I did check the site, but there was very little info. Only about 4-5 seats listed. I was hoping to get some info from people who have actually used a seat in the car to see if I could expand my options.

    I also dont mind a convertible seat. In fact, MH will have to deal with it being permanent, and since I did warn him when he was looking for a car that he should keep car seats in mind...hes just going to have to deal.
