need to replace tire tube on jogging stroller

Anyone do this???  I tried a patch and it went flat again.  It's one of the back bigger wheels.  Thought about trying to see if it's the same size as a toddlers bike tire or do the stroller companies sale these??

    I bought a 16" tube on ebay to replace my stroller's tire -- you just replace it like a regular bike tire. Just make sure you buy the right size for your tire.

    You just have to know the size - then you can buy it almost anywhere....Target, Walmart, a bike shop, etc.

    This. We've replaced tubes on our BOB twice already. Found them at Walmart.
