Don't schedule your test early in the morning if you have a big day ahead of you. I had my blood drawn at 10 am and was a complete zombie by noon.

I had mine today and it was like nothing. My blood was drawn at 10:30 and it was a pretty normal day after that. Sorry yours was a downer.

Mine was in the afternoon, but I came home and took a 3 hour nap afterwards!

I've had that much blood taken at least a half dozen times this pregnancy. It's one vial, it's not a pint. I've never noticed feeling any different, including working out.

I didn't fast, though. Just ate normally (and passed).

Hope you're feeling better now!

Mine is first thing in the morning and I've already warned my office I might need to go home and nap for a while before working in the afternoon. I have no problem with the blood draw, but I'm hypoglycemic and process hard core sugar like that in a not so fun way.

Wrong.

Everyone is different.

I did mine at 8am and was fine during and after the test.

I did mine last Sat. morning at about 8:30am. I wasn't sure how I'd feel for the rest of the day because we had a full day of assembling our new Ikea dressers along with some other stuff around the house. I felt absolutely fine/normal.

I think it just varies from person to person. I was waiting to feel off during & after the test but never did!

I had mine early morning and was totally fine for the rest of the day, like nothing happened. So everyone is different. I'm glad I did it in the morning to get it over with rather than waiting all afternoon, but that's just me.

After the 3 hour test, I felt like that... but I was also super sick. I think everyone reacts differently.
