  Mine is doing the same thing.  I miss my old Avatar with my own picture in it but after reading all the problems everyone else is having, I decided not to try to update it just yet.

  I've tried to update mine 3 times, it tells me it's updated but clearly it's not

  Yeah. I clicked on one to update it to and it gave me a completely different one. I did that 3 times in a row and finally gave up. Whatever. lol.

  i just tried to update mine too.  i guess we all just don't have facial features anymore.  sometimes i am a crib.
