ear infection?

Repost from 0-3 board.

Several times today when trying to bf Lo he would suck for a little while then start screaming and would no longer eat after that. When I finally get him calmed down and I attempt again at my breast he's screaming before I even get him down to it. Is this a sign of an ear infection? I had to give him two bottles today just so he would have something to eat. I'm afraid that he's just refusing my breast. What do you think?

    Yes. That's almost exactly what DS has done both times he had ear infections.  Get to see the pedi ASAP to be sure, though.  Could be other things, too, but under 6 months, you definitely want to treat an ear infection.

    You could also be spraying him with your letdown.
