I pour myself 1/4 cup when I get up in the morning and by the time I get around to taking a few sips, it is cold. So, I strategically only have a few sips a day. It gets me through the morning routine.
I drink a cup of coffee every morning. Up until I was at about 10 weeks, I had almost cut out caffeine completely with the exception of the occasional diet coke. I had no problems or withdrawal. Then at around 10 weeks I started getting daily headaches that were making me miserable. I called my OB and she suggested that I add a cup of coffee each morning to see if that helped with the headaches. She said it would not be a problem or negatively impact baby at all. The best part is I get my cup of coffee in the morning AND I don't get the headaches anymore!

I usually end up wanting coffee at night, so I drink decaf mostly so it won't keep me up. I drink coffee during the day, it's usually caffeinated because all my fave yummy flavors (for our Keurig) have caffeine. I average 3-5 cups with caffeine a week. Plus, coke or tea when I go out to eat. I despise drinking water!
I went from drinking 1-2 Monsters per day before I was pregnant to 1 coffee on Friday mornings. I have the occasional Diet Coke as well, but not tons of it.
I have 1-2 cups per day (they're small cups). I tried to get rid of it, switch to decaf, etc. but it just didn't work for me. Although after reading about all these women having a cup a week, or a half a cup, I feel like a terrible person.
At least my soda - if I have any - is always caffeine free....?
On days I have school/clinical I do still splurge for one lg coffee from tim hortons or Dunkin...
otherwise i brew half caff at home and have maybe 2cups
If i don't drink any coffee i get really bad headaches... drank coffee with DD even while nursing, and never had an issue (i.e. her being fussy/cranky) So i think getting the baby used to a bit of coffee is good (in moderation) so you can have a cup of joe once baby comes out( if you plan to nurse)
Plus im not a big pop person and if I do its ALWAYS caffiene free
just can't give up the coffee... and I've definately cut down, before i was pg i could go thru a pot or more a day...
so i think I'm doing okay

Two cups a day, but DH would argue they are larger than a regular size cup. I would argue that I don't make it as strong as recommended (especially if it is Starbucks). I love my coffee and my obs are completely fine with my consumption. I honestly would not function having an active toddler without. I skip decaf because I read some stuff about the chemicals used in making coffee decaf are worse than the caffeine. I never did serious research, so I am not sure if this is true.

I have a can of pop most days (about 30mg of caffiene) and sometimes I have a half cup of coffee on Sunday mornings or if I have a headache at work. The first trimester I cut caffiene almost completely but I've been working so much and so tired that I really need that little boost and I figure 30mg a day or so is nothing.
Re: If you still drink coffee how much do you drink?
I have one small cup every few days and the same with pop/soda. If your worried about the caffeine this site has been great!

::looks around confused:: Sorry I thought I was in first tri for a second.
I have a med coffee from DD daily.
In the last week I started to drink about half a cup of half-caff (keurig machine) in the morning to help with my headaches, then a cup of decaf.
The one or two times I've had a cup of regular I get so jittery I can't function!
Haha oh this is still all over first tri! Next we're going to have the "what food oops have you made" discussion.
