We're all slowly on the mend but still desperately full of snot. My face hurts, DH sounds like Barry White and poor M's face is so raw that I've been dabbing it with Neosporin.
Blech! I hate colds, and I'm assuming it's just a really nasty cold and not the flu since we got it from M but he had a flu shot.
Speaking of the flu, how you feeling Amy?
Re: Snotapalooza '11
DS and I feel your pain. It doesn't help that I'm both crunchy and cheap and so we usually use TP instead of tissues and even when we use tissues, they are the recycled crap, and it's like rubbing sandpaper on my nose.
For DS, I splurged on boogie wipes. They have aloe and vitamin e so they are nice and soft.
Ugh you poor guys.
They sound ridiculous but have you tried Boogie Wipes? It might help with the raw nose.
It must not have been flu after all, because Margaux got it.
Rom dodged, at least so far. I feel like POOP. My nose is dribbly, I'm coughing chunks, I'm still achy even though the thermometer claims I have no fever. Margaux has been napping for 2.5 hours so far. She's not dribbly at all yet. We hoped the fever broke yesterday, and she does seem better, but with this nap I'm not so sure.
I am so sorry you're all smacked with this. I wonder if it's the same thing?
I do use Boogie Wipes! They normally do the trick but he's just too snotty this time

We're crunchy too. I've been making nice work of my cloth hankies and DH has been stuck with the coarse, recycled tissues.

Nooooo... I'm so sorry M caught it. And I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this while pregnant
It could be the same thing. M was sniffly/coughy, then feverish and listless and is moving back to just sniffly/coughy. Steve and I seem to be 2-3 days behind him. Sound similar?

I must be the same damn virus attacking all of California because it's all over our town too! Sucks. Sorry you're all sick!
