Last night Dh and I went out to dinner at our favorite bar, I was good and had a salad and a bowl of tortilla soup. We got home, I started contraction monitoring, Isaac started moving and all of a sudden I got the sweats, the salty throat, and BAM, jumped up and threw up all over our master bathroom door. The force of the vomit pushed the door open, I threw up again on the floor until I made it to the toilet... I hit the carpet too 
DH usually cleans it up but he laid in bed gagging. I actually felt so much relief that I happily cleaned it up.
WTH? This was the 3rd time this week! I feel like I'm in 1st tri again, but this time it's so much more unpredictable. I'm afraid to eat, and afraid to go anywhere.

That's it! It's just so unpredictable. I think ambrandau called them "ninja pukes." Ugggghh..
The REALLY sick part is that while he was helping me find a bucket to clean it up,. my dog may or may not have licked some of it up.

That is so gross its funny! Ninja pukes is right!!!! I hope that you and I don't puke anymore... I did enough of that in the first 14weeks... I am still down 9LBS from my pre-pg weight... I lost 17lbs in 1st tri. Which is great now... not so much fun then.
Ugh, I am so sorry! That is terrible.
Sometimes the sheer force of the vomit is frightening. Exorcism-like...

wowzers on the weight loss! With the twins, I had lost 25 in 18 weeks. I lost a few in 1st tri this time, but my total so far has been 11 pounds gained. I'm sure if it werent' for this GD (and ninja pukes) I'd have packed on 25 by now...

I usually have a pretty strong stomach when it comes to cleaning up puke or poop or whatever. The dog thing would have thrown me over the edge, though!
My m/s seems to come back at some weird times. Just like you, I never know when it's gonna hit. I hope it goes away soon! And HOLY CRAP you're almost done!!
I think I would consider to let the dog keep licking (less to clean up)
Ninja puke ahoy! At least you'll get relief soon! Although then, you'll have someone else ninja puking! But he'll be so cute when he does it
