  isn't it CRAZY how fast it happens??  My ultrasound at 9 weeks was a peanut shaped blob...at 11 weeks was a BABY. I go for another one on Monday at 12w4d

  I had one yesterday and experienced the same thing - we saw fingers and toes!  So awesome how quickly the change comes!
