  They did a footprint on one of the hopital forms that we took home with us, but other than that no.  If you want them, bring the stuff to do them with you.  I didn't even think to ask if they had the kits or not.

  I did not bring the baby's book with me.

  I also deliverd my daughter at St. Marys and didn't even realize until after we were discharged that they had not done the footprints . We will be delivering at Providence Park this time so I appriciate the question!

  The staff at Providence Park is great. I would imagine if you asked them to stamp footprints right in your baby book, they would do it. We only have the footprints they did on a hospital form (one of each foot) but I figured I would just put that page right into our baby book. You will have a great experience there.
