updating tickers/pictures

I'm trying to update my ticker, as my LO was born last week. I also want to add a picture. 

Does anyone know how to do either?

    I use tinypic to resize my pictures and then click on my bump, edit avatar and signature, scroll down and paste in the signature section. I use lilypie for tickers so I'm not sure about the bump tickers.

    ETA: Sorry, I thought you were using the bump tickers. Same with lilypie. Just create your ticker and copy and paste into the signature section.

    Thanks for the help I needed it also. Every time I tried to use a bump ticker I would get an error message.
