Not that I've been frequenting the 12-24 month board or anything...

I found the headline of the article to be a little misleading, but perhaps that's just me.
I totally support a woman's right to choose. Just because most women can have babies doesn't mean we all should. That being said, I think abortion should be a major decision, and one not taken lightly. To me, aborting based upon gender or race seems a little shallow? Perhaps that's not the right word. I hope a woman has more logic going on than, "Dammit, I wanted a girl" when she makes that choice.
Still, anytime you start limited abortions you chip away at a woman's right to choose and I hate that. Plus, what stops a woman from lying?

Exactly. This seems like un-enforcable legislation.
I think a woman who would abort a baby because of it's race or sex is probably an ***. But I think anyone who would even think asking a woman to qualify why she is having an abortion is a bigger ***.
I feel like you guys are kind of missing the point. You can't know the gender prior to 12 weeks and anything later is illegal anyway so this is moot legislation.
This is just another way for the anti choice movement to chip away at a women's right to choose
