An introduction

Hi! I don't often post on the Bump anymore, since we have been having some troubles, however I am trying to get back in the habit, so I thought I would introduce myself.

I am Sam, and I have a beautiful baby boy who is 2 months old now. We practice babywearing, co-napping, sometimes co-sleeping, BFing with the exception of 2oz formula per day since I am only able to feed off of one breast right now.

I am definitely interested in expanding my attachment parenting, so I hope to get to know you ladies better over time!

I have one question, for now. What on earth is ECing??? I've seen a few posts about it today and have no idea what that stands for. TIA
