How to carry twins together

Anyone know the best way to do this?  I have 2 ergo carriers, but obviously that requires a lot of multi-tasking.. one baby on me, one baby on floor, one cries, unhook ergo, pacify, put other baby in, repeat......... ugh.

    We used a wrap when they were itty bitty, although I never got comfortable enough to where I felt they were really secure.  I use 2 Ergos now.  I get 1 up on my back, then the other one on my front.  Not always comfortable on my arms, but it works.
