Sorry I am just jumping in here, I am just a lurker on this board. I was wondering if anyone owns one of these and how you like it. I have a four month old and I'm not sure how to carry her in this. I just saw it at TJ Max though for a fraction of the price and it is so pretty. I think the weight limit is 25lbs.
We also have a moby and a bjorn.
Re: Serena and lily market sling?
That is a beautiful sling. With my 4 month old, I used the Kangaroo Carry in my sling. There are videos on youtube. I love having a simple sling to keep in my diaper bag, they are small and easy to use.

Honestly, while they are beautiful slings, I'd skip it. The fact that you can't adjust it (and the pouch looks pretty deep in the pictures) means it will be hard to get a good safe carry. The shoulder design is also not going to be comfortable for long - most ring slings are designed to cup the shoulder which distributes the weight better and keeps them from riding up your neck.
A ring sling is a nice carrier to have as they are easy and quick - I'd take a look at www.sleepingbaby.net if you want a budget sling or Sakura Bloom if you are ok spending a bit more.
