So I watched ncbelle's video (like 5 times)... and did this... we have no full length mirror, so I couldn't see what I was doing, had to go by feel... and likewise the pictures are taken at arms length...
Only comfort issue I have is that the top passes top rails are really loose, lots of extra material... should I be bunching them more at the shoulders?
He isn't happy at all... lol, promptly fell asleep, and also got rid of a little gas he had been having trouble with... there are moms out there that don't use these? ![]()
Thoughts?

And after some adjustment...

Thanks!
Re: Critique my FWCC... (newborn pic heavy :D)
Awww, love the newborn squishy!
I would try using the rails to tighten more as you go. Don't pay attention to the middle as much as the bottom and top. Secure the rails well as you go along, and you'll end up with a lot less bunching.
I know! You wonder how they get anything done. My DH says they should give each mom a wrap and a lesson before leaving the hospital
Looks good! Just tighten the top rail a little more. I LOVE ncbelle's videos! I have learned all my carries from her site. I also watch other you tube videos, each mama has different little tricks they do and some will work for you and some won't. I'll try to find the one that helped me to get my top rail tighter (I had the same problem!)
You LO is ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks!
After we sat down it was obvious how much higher he could be. We willl work on that... I am going to give it a good steam iron, hopefully that will make it a little easier to work with... since it is still pretty crunchy...
Have to give it a whirl when Daddy is home... so he can see why I really wanted the wrap
So sweet!! Congrats ;-)
I'd agree with the advice to work on tightening the top rail a bit more as you are bringing the crosses around. I can't quite tell from your pics if you folded the wrap in half lengthwise first - if not, I'd try that. It is ok to fold the shoulder back again if that's more comfortable for you and keeps it out of baby's face. And a tad higher might be more comfy too. But otherwise looks so cozy and sweet!!
