Pregnancy Pee Club

So last night when I was watching 'One Born Every Minute', I was inducted into the Pregnancy Pee Club - yes, I leaked pee because I was laughing soooo hard. I research EVERY symptom so when I just googled, I read on Baby Center that, at 27 wks, you will observe urine leakage when you laugh, cough, and exercise, and change position, move to pick anything or chase after your children. Grrrrrreat! I need to do some Kegels.

Anyone else been inducted into the Pregnancy Pee Club early? LOL

I've been doing Kagels religiously each day for the past couple months and I am in the Pregnancy Pee Club, but it is only when I sneeze.

LOL. I'm thinking I might need to wear panty liners so I can change throughout the day. Urine leakage can't produce a good smell! Ick!

I'm 5 weeks from that but I'm definitely snissing already. Not looking forward to that when I laugh, cough, exercise, etc.

Funny that you posted this. I have been snissing for a few weeks and have to wear a lite pad everyday. Well today I had a giant sneeze and peed much more than normal. I was working with animals at the time and could not just drop everything and run to the bathroom. Thank goodness I found an extra pad in my bag!

Oh yes - coughing, sneezing and sometimes (on a heavy water day) just going from standing to sitting will cause a little bubble to burst out. I've invested in panty-liners and have stepped up my Kegels!

TMI... I've been wearing a panty liner nonstop since week 13 because of discharge... Need to buy stock in Always! LOL

Almost had this happen the other night, I had to tighten up and then run to the bathroom after giggling uncontrollably when we were playing a boardgame with friends. (Note - if you're playing catchphrase and the clue is "What you want someone to do after they are buried.", the appropriate response apparently is NOT "Rot". ha!)

I'm trying to keep up with my kegels, hopefully I can avoid this as long as possible!

I do my kegels daily, but last night I had my first snissing incident! I was on my way to the bathroom, so I'm using that as an excuse, but oh boy. That's a fun new symptom.

Exactly! If i dont cross my legs I will pee. It all started when i got my first cold at 18weeks, went potty came out of bathroom and sneezed peed right down my leg

Yup, I've been snissing for a couple weeks and have had some incidents with coughing. Not laughing yet though. I did finally give up and start wearing panty liners this week!!

Pee running down the leg? Guess I should also keep some wipes in my purse (along with those extra panty liners). How come I don't remember experiencing this with my 1st pregnancy? How easily we forget!

Gosh I sure hope not! I haven't been good at Kegels either. If I remember them, I probably do about 20 reps and that's it!

I am totally in that club! While I was already aware that I would occasionally pee when I would sneeze or cough, this past week I was totally out with horrible allergies. I peed so much at one point I was seen just in case my water broke! Obviously it didn't, but it was pretty embarrassing!
