Need some resurrance

Iwas dx with a sch at 7 weeks, at 8wks 5 days we were dx with twins that have strong heartbeats, sunday i started spottng brown, so I went to the hospital, bc i was terrified, they did and ultra sound and said that the babies looked healthy. my sch was originally 2-3cm, When at the hospital it measured 1.8 X1.9 X1.6 cm. So it has shrunk. The hospital told me that the spotting was probably from the sch. I guess with having had 2 previous miscarriages I am still very worried. I have and OB/sono on Friday and i Pray that both babies are doing well. Do you guys think the spotting is coming from the sch? also it is only there when i wipe. Please give me some reassurance. Thank you
