  Our DD has been really fussy lately. We had a 10 day trip out of state and spend a LOT of time in the car, she despises the car seat, so needless to say she was mad a lot. She had a rash then and I noticed it this week too. I'm thinking heat rash from getting herself so worked up, she gets sweaty when she's screaming.

  I never really made that connection but it's possible. It usually happens when we're out in the carrier or stroller; I associated it with heat but she usually has a breaking point when we're out and ends up crying but maybe a combination of both.

  It's heat rash. Totally normal and very common. Both of my kids do it.

  DD1 still does this. It doesn't last long. It fades maybe 20 minutes after she calms down.

  No rash, but she sweats profusely. She comes by it honestly, her dad and uncle can work up a sweat in no time. Poor thing.
