Is anyone familiar with Babcock Homes/Saddle Creek?

My DH and I are considering building a home in the Saddle Creek development in Lyon Twp.  The builder is Babcock Homes.  Just wondering if anyone was familiar with this builder/development and had any tips to offer. TIA

    Not familiar, however, we did just buy new construction in South Lyon in November. In the Tanglewood subdivision - Mike Wickham was our builder. He's great.

    Anyway, we have enjoyed South Lyon so far and hope it will be a great community to start our family in. Best of luck!!

    I responded to you on the nest, but I also live in South Lyon and am familiar with that sub, but just location wise & appearance.  We love the area!  If you decide to move there we should have a gtg with the babies :)
