My IVF was a c/p. My 2nd FET was successful, so I will answer for that.
1. How many blasts did you transfer? 2
2. If your blasts were given a grade, what were they graded? 1A
3. How many actually stuck and resulted in a baby? 2
2. We didn't get a grade, but we were told they were two "textbook perfect" blasts.
3. We are expecting twins

3. How many actually stuck and resulted in a baby? I'm expecting twins.
Unexplained IF
Clomid cycle 1-3 - BFN IUI 1-3 - BFN
IVF#1 was a 5dt.
1. Two
2. My RE rates them Good, Fair, Poor. We transferred a "good" and a "fair"
3. 0, that cycle wasn't successful.
My second IVF we did a 3dt and that was successful for us.

2. They were not graded, but the embryologist said that were "perfect"
3. One split into indentical twins that both stopped developing somewhere around 7 weeks. The other one stuck and we are expecting to meet her in 10 weeks!

2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

2. Ours didn't make it to blast. We transferred two morulas (last stage before blast), and I don't know what they were graded.
3. Two!
I'm a great example of how embryo quality doesn't always equal success or failure. On our previous two cycles we transferred "textbook perfect" blasts and got BFNs each time. Our RE didn't even hold out much hope for this cycle and both took! No matter how they look, it can happen! Good luck!

For IVF#1 that was a fresh cycle, we transferred 2 "excellent" blasts. 0 took.
For our FET with embryos from that same cycle, we thawed 2, they still looked amazing, one was even a morula, and they both stuck.

2. We weren't given grades, but were told that one was "perfect" and the other looked very very good.
3. Both stuck (and I'm praying will continue to stick!), and we couldn't be happier

IVF #1 we put back two perfect balsts and I had a miscarriage before my first ultrasound.
IVF#2
1. Two
2. Both were 4AA
3. Both stuck and one split into ID twins. So two balsts = 3 babies. Unfortunately we lost our ID twins around 9 weeks.
