Painful letdown? Anyone else?

I never even felt letdown with my first two, but with DD, not only do I feel the sensation, it almost hurts. She's a month old and it's still pretty painful. What the heck?

I don't know that I would call my letdown painful but it is more of an intense pressure feeling that is uncomfortable. I just started to feel it a couple days ago.

definitely painful for me too...almost like a stinging sensation.

Yes, I get it too, like pins and needles. It will get better. I had it with all 3. Very normal If it is REALLY painful like bringing tears, you should talk to your doctor though cause it could be signs of an infection, but the tingling stinging feeling is normal.
