Up until about 2 days ago, I've been feeling the baby mostly in the top part of my belly - he'll roll around and give me some good jabs. I'd still feel him down low as well but for the past 2 days I've only really felt him super low. I keep thinking something is wrong. Like he should be moving around towards the top more. I feel like he's stuck down there or something!! Stupid, I know. Have any of you had times when your LOs weren't moving in places you expect them to or where they normally do for an extended period of time?

Re: Dumb thing to be paranoid about
my LO always moved very low and I will feel him 99% of the time on the left side the last two days however he has been all over the place up high to the right and in his usual location. Today he seems to of gone back to being low.
I think everything is fine with your LO and hes just testing out a new place for comfort
I've never felt her that high up....more often than not I feel her on the right side...often she kicks my hip bone. The highest I've felt is about an inch below my belly button in the middle...but this is usually a "rolling" movement not a kick...
I worry about his sometimes too...like you said I worry she's "stuck" or something...but I try to rationalize that if she's moving it's a good sign...
I'd just attribute it to him trying to get comfy.
Mine is usually pretty low, unless I'm wearing pants with a tighter, lower waistband, or I'm laying down, then he's kicking just at or above my belly button.

I was really freaking out about this last week - I had always felt the baby kicking really high (so I assumed she was head down), but last week I was feeling her really low and was feeling a lot of pressure down there. But at my doc appointment on Friday the doctor took a look and said everything looked fine, it was just "pain and discomfort of pregnancy." Now I feel the baby moving at my sides, so I guess she's stretched out sideways?
I think they're still moving around a lot and have a lot of room. If you're feeling the baby down below, could be that he's head up and his little feet are just reaching down and that's what you're feeling. Don't worry! They'll probably do lots of flips before they settle down
