I can't sleep at night, even with my body pillow, becasue they hurt so much. And they hurt when I sit too much...hurt when I get up...ugh...anyone else???
My hips hurt pretty bad when I'm sleeping/laying down on my side. The pain actually wakes me up and I have to switch sides. I found that sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps a little. Also, I lean on the body pillow so I'm half on my side half on my back and that sort of helps as well. I think I need to look into yoga or something. Hope you feel better!

Mine hurt a lot at night and when I first get up. The snoogle between the legs seems to help. I also just got a memory foam topper today. Hopefully that will help.
My right one hurts the most. It's partially my sciatic pain, and partially the SI joint (my right hip is higher than my left right now due to the muscle tightness around the SI joint and hip joints).

My hips hurt too! I feel like they are going to pop out of their sockets and they are achey. I have been sleeping on the floor with a baracade of pillows around me, and this seems to work (go figure). Best of luck staying comfy!

Yep! I can only tolerate sleeping on my side for so long. They just get "achey". I sleep with a Snoogle, which does seem to help. Its just a pain for someone that tosses and turns.
Yep, tried multiple types of pillows including the boppy..finally my dh decided to buy a memory foam topper from sam's club and it has been a life saver! I highly recommend it.
Oh lordy yes! Last night was so bad, I kept switching sides then finally put a pillow between my knees only to wake up and hour later and my left leg was numb from the knee down. Trying to hobble to go pee with a numb leg is not fun.

Mine have been killing me along with my lower back. I told my doctor and she prescribed me physical therapy. So far it has helped a little bit by trying to strengthen my lower back and hips. Also- they have shown me some stretching techniques that seem to help with the pain. I'm still in a lot of pain, but I have seen some results. Try stretching or look into Yogo to move those muscles around.
I am trying the hot bath thing for the second time tonight. It helps a bit. I might look online for some stretching exercises, that might help. The body pillow helped for a while but really isn't helping the hips right now. (Nor is the guilt of using it, it doesn't leave much room for my husband and is ruining his sleep at night).
Thanks for the ideas, ladies. Hope all of you find some comfort as well!
