she is 7 weeks today. slept 8.5 hours last night, woke happy and playful. today she seems more sleepy than usual. is this normal, a growth spurt maybe?

I'd be willing to bet she's not "extra" sleepy, she's "normal amount of" sleepy.
How long is she normally awake between naps?
