Re-posting - Anyone heard of Cha Cha?

I posted this last night but I never got to see if anyone replied. Has anyone heard of Cha Cha? Evidently it is a great work from home opportunity for those who are internet savy. I posted a link to a blog about it but of course I can't access blogs here at work. I may post it when I get home this afternoon. I was just curious to see if anyone else had heard of it.

Re: Re-posting - Anyone heard of Cha Cha?

  • I replied last night. The SAHM board should just be re-named the ChaCha board. I think the nest should consider posting a locked thread of FAQ's at the top just for all the ChaCha questions posted on a regular basis.

From what I gather, it's a way to earn a little bit of extra money, but not much. Anyway, there are lots of ChaCha experts on the SAHM board if you want more info.

  • My DH actually became a guide because he thinks it's fun.  He's earned like $6 so far.  You have to be really dedicated and on top of it to earn a lot of money.  It's based on how many questions you answer (I think 15 cents per question), not how long you are signed in.  So if it takes 2 minutes to answer each question, you can see how it would take a long time to add up.

  • Thanks ladies. I don't think I have that much extra time to spend on my computer. Most of my nesting is done while at work he he. I know one girl posted that she only does it while her son naps and after he goes to bed and she said she makes $125-150 per week. She must be really fast or her son sleeps a lot!

  • I use it a lot.  I thought about looking into doing it but I don't think I have that much time.
  • I signed up a couple months ago and did it for a while. I agree with pretty much everything the pps said. It's legit, pretty easy, and was fun at first, but then they dropped the pay to .10 cents per question (unless you meet "top guide" status) and it got old to me, and I don't do it anymore. You really do need to put in some significant time to make any decent amount of money. It's not worth it for me to spend my few free hours doing it.
  • I heard about it on the MM board, and have been contemplating whether or not it would be worth my time.

From what I understand, most people make around $5 / hour. But since it's online, you can do it whenever you want, which makes it ideal in some ways.

If you do try it out, be sure to fill us in on your experience!
