Hi ladies! I'm reading everywhere that around this time, if you are having lots of CM, then it's a good sign. However, I'm not having any, as a matter of fact, drier than I usually am. Had a +OPK last Wed so I'm not sure if I O'd that day or the day after (still figuring out OPKs as it was my first time using them). Also, since then, I have been having very slight weird sensations about 1 inch left of my belly button, 5 inches down, just on that one side. They'll come and go but I think they just stopped today. Best way to describe it is it feels almost like pinching or a little air bubble. Did another OPK yesterday to see if maybe I just detected the surge last week but didn't O, and maybe I'm gearing up to O again but it was negative. Should I keep testing for O since I was having those sensations? And could the lack of CM be a not so good sign?
Re: 5-6DPO and no CM. Not a good sign?

Did you have fertile CM before/during the + opk? I don't think that lack of CM post-o is a big deal IIRC from TCOYF.
As far as sensations, I totally notice all kinds of weird bubbly pinchy sensations. But usually I think it's just hypersensitivity. I'm trying to ignore these things more.
Just like we can't predict if someone is pregnant based on symptoms, we also can't predict if someone's NOT pregnant. How do you know you're 5-6 DPO? Are you temping? If not, OPKs and cervical fluid can tell you if you might ovulate, but not if you have ovulated. And for the record, according to Fertility Friend, cervical mucus (or lack thereof) cannot tell you whether or not you're pregnant or even allow you to guess with any kind of accuracy. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend signing up for FF by clicking on the ticker in anyone's signature.
Good luck!
