I am a plus size momma and have started to BW. Are there any good products for the plus size? I have an Ergo right now and love it. I have tried a Moby but DD didn't seem to like it much.
i am most familiar with woven wraps. i'm a plus sized mama and can wear a size 7 wrap (5.2 m, a little shorter than a moby) comfortably. woven wraps are more supportive than the moby, and you can do a bunch of different holds (like on the hip and back).
a lot of ring slings and mei tairs can be made for plus sized mamas.
I have a Maya Wrap Ring Sling. I'm a size 16 and, as you can see, there's still a ton of fabric to spare. This one is a Medium. I'm actually selling another one (same one, just different pattern), in case you're interested.
(BTW, this picture is from my very beginning of use of the sling)
I'm a size 22 and I've had great luck with a ring sling, a mei tai, an Ergo, and, lately, a Boba. I've never used a wrap, though, but I've heard other plus size mamas like .them
I'm plus size, and the mei tai works the best for me (of the ones I've tried). I liked the moby when DD was really little, but now that she's bigger, the mei tai is much, much more comfortable.

I may be intersted in it. Can you pm me with a picture and details?
BabyHawk Mei Tai with the long straps (fits perfectly)
Size 7 wraps (works for pretty much any carry, I have a Girasol)
Sleeping Baby Productions sling, size Long
5 yards of tee-shirt material to make a pretend Moby
Ergo (DH needs the extender, he's 6'6", 320 but it fits me without it)
I was looking at the BabyHawk website yesterday and they looked like something I would be interested in. Did you customize your own and add the longer straps? Is it easy to use? TIA
