1st 30 Shred workout..

WOW! That is one tough 20 min workout! I was winded after the warm upStick out tongue

Hope it gets easier, i have NO arm strenght..3lb weights have my arms like jello & my legs from squating are more like pudding..

This is gonna be a love hate type thing with Jillian!

  • Yay!  I am glad to see that you started.  I was winded too during the warmup for the first few days.  Trust me.... It will get easier.  As she says, by day 5 or 6 you WILL see a difference in your strength and endurance.  You have to mentally stay strong and devote yourself to this.

    I know you asked about measurements but did you take pre pictures too?  Do so if you didn't.  I took measurements weekly which is a bit much, I wouldn't do that next time.  But I took pictures in the beginning and am dying to take and compare pictures again.

    You can do this!

  • Sorry I posted an ran! My DS has learned to fight naps & yesterday with the snow storm we had was just an off day. I did 3 days in a row but couldnt get myself to get outta bed. My thighs are killing me & I hurt my shoulder doing push ups on Sunday..I can not do more then 3. I have no arm strenght what so ever.

    I am doing it tonight, I really wanna stick to this its hard but I feel great afterwards!

    I didn't even think to take before pictures but I will have my SO do them tonight..that should be more then enough motivation just like my measurments were..YUCK!
