LO is on formula. We switched brands the other day. She had poop that looked like green oatmeal last evening and then this evening two different times she had one soft but solid green "nugget". Isn't it too soon for that kind of poo?

That means she is constipated. Call your pedi in the morning to see what they recommend. My pedi recommended changing formula or an oz of pear juice a day.

Pear, apple, or prune juice was what my pedi recommended, worked great for us.
