Left neck, shoulder and arm pain

I have had on and off pain and some "numbness" over the left side of my neck, shoulder and somewhat down my arm up to my elbow.  I have been attributing this to how I slept last night since moving my neck around seems to worsen it.  I have absolutely no abdominal pain, cramping, spotting, etc.  The reason I am posting is because google has freaked me out and says this type of pain can be associated with an ectopic.  I hope it is safe to assume that with no other symptoms, this is probably muscle or nerve related.  Would appreciate any thoughts.  I have not called my OB because it is not severe.  TIA!  Sorry this sounds so dumb!

    I would call the doctor and just ask...It will make you feel better.

    Have you had your beta checked???

    I haven't had betas checked yet.  My first appointment isn't for two more weeks. I cringed when I read my post, it sounds like such a dumb question, so I appreciate your advice!

    I'm sorry I freaked you out =(  Hopefully we will be ok!  Some other sites talk about nerve compression because of increased fluids/edema.

    My DH told me to chill out. Hah, my left shoulder pain (has come back now that we are talking about it) was while we were taking a very brisk walk this afternoon and I was getting very nauseated. It was only for a few minutes.

    My guess is most likely it is not pregnancy related. Have YH feel around your back for small lumps/knots of muscles and have him rub them out.

    I have had shoulder issues my whole pregnancy, I guess I just can't adjust to sleeping on my side. I went to a chiropractor and it did wonders. 

    If you are having pain that won't go away you should call your doctors office, even if you haven't had your appt yet
