What do u think of "Windi" ?

Also, What do you think of me naming my 1st baby girl "Windi" if that is my name? I have always loved my unique name and I just can't think of any names that I like more.

Winni

Windi

Fallyn

Sunnie

Avilee

Katana

Which is prettiest in your opinion?

i'd never name my child the same name as me. i think it's weird. katana is the best from your list. wiley sounds like riley but if someone can't pronounce their r's. fallyn reminds me of felon or phallic. wren isn't my style.

My best friend has the same name as her mother. I can't even begin to tell you how much she hates it.

The only name on your list that I can stomach is Wren. Wiley? For a girl? Please, no.

ETA: I see you've added some names. I like Winnie (spelled this way) if it's a nn for a longer name like Winifred or Bronwyn.

Windi makes me think of the horses in the Marguerite Henry books (Misty, Stormy, etc.). I like Wren much better.

Don't do Katana. She will hear, "like the sword?" so often that you might as well name her Katanalikethesword.

I have a very unique name to and was planning on using it as a middle name for a girl (if we have one). I'd suggest doing that.

I don't mind Avilee. Are there any other names that you like that you could use as a first name with Windi as the middle name?
