if your baby liked the newborn insert for the ergo

did you use the original insert with the baby in the cradle position or the new insert so that baby is tummy to tummy? anyone use both and notice a preference in their lo?

    I use the new heart2heart insert with my 8 week DD.  She is very comfortable in it and is easy for me to put her in.  I haven't tried the older one so I don't know if it would be better.

    I used the heart2heart also and liked it. As he got bigger, we just used the pillow out of it to hold him higher, after he had good head control, but was still little. I did not try the old insert, but I don't think I would have like the baby cradled. The ergo seems built more for tummy to tummy.

    this exactly. when i used to put her in the insert, she would instantly stop crying and usually smile, she loved it.
